Monitor all lending and servicing functions and staff development, implementing quality assurance standards in
conformance with Bank established guidelines, regulations, compliance, policies and procedures.
Perform compliance tests and CRA reviews as directed by the Management Compliance Programs.
Prepare reports of findings that are presented to appropriate Directors as well as Bank Corporate Officers.
Assist Corporate Compliance Officers with monthly, quarterly-year-end compliance filing, audits and reviews.
