LFST – Lead Field Support Technician: I’m in charge on support of 5 YRO “Year round
office”, 2 regional office and 32 Kiosks across Puerto Rico Island. In off season I’m in charge
of planning the closing of the 32 kiosks, take the inventory, and coordinate the close of
contract with the communications vendors, also I make the necessary update to the servers and
POS for the 32 kiosk. When coming the new season I’m also in charge of the planning for
mount the kiosk and the entire infrastructure. During the entire year, when any office have
problem, they open a case with the support center on Kansas City, the support center send a
