Health & Wellness Manager - Provide 24/7 oversight and leadership of emergent, urgent, and clinical patient needs in a
multi-disciplined Medical Center that provides care in osteopathy, oral surgery, dental care, optometry, mental health,
physical wellness, drug and alcohol dependence, and outpatient referral.
Ensure the strategic, operational, and financial success for medical services, in compliance with government and
management directives, while supervising subcontracted medical staff, mid-level providers, RNs, LPNs, TEAP
counselors, dental/medical assistants, and the department secretary.
Received an 8.5 out of 9 from a 2011 Department of Labor audit, the highest rating ever achieved at this medical

Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) for all outsourced support services needed in the hospital.

MTC employees that spoke Cantonese and Mandarin languages, in order to reach various Chinese
populations.
Plan, coordinate, and supervise the administrative and programmatic activities of the department and Chair

OWCP, third-party payers, support hospital, specialty care, and emergency care.
Analyze and develop departmental budget, monitor and control expenditures, and review and recommend changes
to budget authorizations; regularly assess and audit the center for contractual compliance and quality of services to
