Accomplishments
Encompass Tele-services Inc. was outsourcing their staffing needs and
hired me to do in-house recruiting. Within ninety days I
eliminated the outsourcing. I brought around the company from dependency on
outsourcing. The first thing I did is to create and implement a Recruitment
Plan.
