Glare shield, Helmet Mounting Display Systems will be installed in the

Cockpit based on D.E.P and N.S.R.P as per MIL-STD and with the help of

Pilot. All Controlling systems come in Consoles and all Display systems in

Main Instrument Panel (MIP). All LRU's like HUD, MFD's, SSDU, FSP, CWP, TQA

and Switches will be installed in Cockpit after the Pilot's approval. So

Design of Top Panels, Support Brackets, Side Cover, Tube assembly & Angles

assy, Upper and lower skin are re-designed in such a way that to

reduce the machining cost of the parts.

. Sealant Improvement for Cessna Mustang Citation Jet: It is like to

reduce cure time instead of applying the sealant, worked on Cabin

Window, Baggage Door, Radome and Nose Cone Structural Assy, so as to

change the application of the sealant and Discussed with Material and

processing Group for approval.

Current cable guard pin material is too costly and so we decided to

go with different material, so as to reduce cost of the pin. For

this we coordinated with Material and processing Group for

approval.

. Mustang Cable Guard Change: Due to tension applied in yoke, cable is

rubbing in lightening Hole location, so designed a Bracket and Cable

Guard to prevent rubbing condition.

. Blower Clamp Change: To avoid hand forming of clamp in assembly line.

Provided thickened rubber between Blower and clamp so as to reduce man

hour.

. Fastener Substitutions: Due to inaccessibility of some mechanical

fasteners and Rivets in various areas of the aircraft, provided

alternate fasteners/solutions.
