2011-2012 American Sugar Refiners Inc. Flexographic Press Operator Cleveland, OH
• Set up press and Produce required products in accordance with job specification sheet,
press prints, and/or special instructions. Printing jobs range from single color to process
work. Set up ink pumps and chambered doctor blades. Mount required plates on correct
cylinders using specific double sided mounting tape. Mix Ink as required using Monarch
RGB Ink Mixing Software. Label finished rolls/products using EZ Label Pro. Perform
work in warehouse as needed to assist with overflow in other departments.
• Operate the following equipment: Comco Commander (5 Color), Kidder (6 color),
manual core cutter, Forklift, in house maintenance and cleaning as needed.
2005-2010 The Standard Register Co. Machine Coordinator III Parma, OH
• Produce finished products in accordance with job requirements. Printing jobs range from
single color to process work. Setup scheduling for offset press department. Assist with
shipping and bindery areas, order supplies/materials. Operate all machinery throughout
POD center as needed. Received training for implementing concepts of 5S and Lean
Manufacturing.
• Operate the following machinery: Komori Lithrone 40 (6 color with Aqueous Coater),
Halm JP6000 (2 color), Heidelberg Printmaster/Quickmaster (2 color), Polar Cutters
(models Mohr Electromat 72/115EMC), Baum Folders, Challenge drilling tools (model
MS-10), various GBC coil, comb, and tape binding equipment. Forklift Truck,
Motorized Pallet Jack, perform in house maintenance/repairs and cleaning as needed.
Printstream, Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office, UPS WorldShip and FedEx InSight
shipping software.
2001-2005 North Coast Tape and Label Inc. Flexographic Press Operator Bedford, OH
• Produce pressure sensitive labels using job ticket specifications/customer samples as a
guideline. Assist with finishing/shipping departments as needed. Experience using
ultraviolet and water based ink/varnish as well as various laminates, films, adhesives,
and silicone liners. Full understanding of dies, anvil rollers, cylinders, gearing pitch,
waste vacuum attachments, cameras, strobe lights, sheeting attachments, and fan
folders.
• Operate the following flexographic printing presses: Mark Andy 820 (3 color), 910 (4
color), 2200 (9 color), 4120 (5 color). Arpeco Rewind/Slitting machinery.
1997-2001 WestVaco Envelope Division Jet Press Operator Brecksville, OH
• Produce various sized envelopes according to job specification sheets. This work
was extremely fast paced. Halm machines were set 2 and 4 up and modified with
larger pulleys to increase press speed.
• Operate both Halm Jet models JP3000 and JP6000 (2 color).
• Attended a training course at Halm’s corporate headquarters located in Glenn Head, NY.
Certified as a Halm press operator/ repair technician. Performed mechanical repairs
needed in house on Halm equipment.

• Operate Halm JP3000 (2 color) Multilith 1200 (2 color), AB Dick 360 (1 color), AB
Dick 9800 (2 color), offset printing presses. Full Understanding of various
dampening systems (Crestline, Compaq, Conventional), and printing attachment
units (T-51/T-52).
1993-1995 Parma City School District Pressroom Forman Parma, OH
• Operate an expansive range of offset printing and bindery equipment to produce the
inter district printing products for the Parma City School District. Assist in training
vocational students and make deliveries of finished printed materials.
• Operate Itek 975 (1 color), Itek 3985 (2 color with registration board), Heidelberg
GTO46 (2 color), Xerox DocuTech 5090, an assortment of folding, cutting, saddle
stitching, book binding, collating and numbering machines.

• Manufacture pressure sensitive and thermal transfer labels according to job ticket
specifications and item stock numbers. Produce printed materials using offset
equipment to meet order fulfillment. Perform prepress tasks as needed. Assist in
finishing of products (slitting, bindery, and shipping).
• Operate the following flexographic equipment: Manhasset (7 color) printing press,
Mark Andy 820 (3 color), Arpeco rewind/slitting machine, Pacer (with magnetic die
cylinder using flex dies to produce blank labels), Ryobi 2800 offset printing press (1
color).
