Presently working with Eicher Tractors (A unit of TAFE Motors and Tractors Ltd.), Bhopal since 21st July 2008 as an Astt. Manager (Q.A-Metallurgy). Company is “EICHER” brand leading tractor manufacturer.

Key Responsibility Area

■ Ensure routine metallurgical inspection for different technologies like Forging, Casting, Sheet metal,

Gear and shaft, Rubber and plastics & Others.

■ Work on improvement projects as assigned pertaining to Reduction in field failure, Reduction in

warranty cost and Reduction in field complaints.

■ Special process and Metal Working process validation and its approval at suppliers end.

■ Ensure metallurgical process compliance at suppliers end through periodical audits as per plan

■ Non conformity closure for issues observed in routine inspection and vendor ends audits.
