Supply Planning Manager, responsible for purchasing and allocating product supply in order to
support on time delivery of demand forecasts and actual customer orders. Our supplier base is
predominantly from China. Managed inventory of approximately $30mm for my product categories.
Successfully transitioned from Oracle MRP to SAP without negative impact to customer delivery
while maintaining appropriate inventory levels. Selected to participate on a task force team, meeting
with suppliers in China to better-set expectations and influence supplier participation in delivering
peak season demands on time. Worked directly with Wal-Mart, Target and several other retail sales
teams in order to manage through constraints and review upcoming demand events. Led weekly
S&OP meetings with sales and upper management tracking project and open issues status.
Successfully directed the transition of the Pest and Pet product categories out of the company
portfolio (inventory and forecasts) over to the new business units while maintaining on time

• Implemented and refined systemized scheduling process for Distribution Center shipping up to
180K units monthly. Coordinated the restructuring of bills of material in support of Oracle

sales and marketing forecast against current inventory levels. Drove two tiered customer

Selected to manage transition of Core Technology products. Conducted training courses supporting
new systems installations. Key member of cross functional team developing manufacturing

• Managed Core Technology product crossover involving 340 new and unique procurement piece
parts along with 140 items for cancellation. Eliminated $33M in excess inventory exposure.
Achieved product launch with 100% material availability per program schedule.
• Headed training development for use of I2 Factory Planner and conducted training for associates
located in Ireland, Brazil, Mexico, China, and Singapore.
• Organized team with goal of 10X-cycle time reduction for new product introductions. Team

Formulated production schedules for three manufacturing sites while coordinating material between
