drill ships from keel laying to launching.

Technical Responsibilities
Familiar with various certification of material and components (CMC) viz. certification
of Class II pressure vessels, kort nozzles, rudder, bosses, steel plates of normal and
high strength, class I and II pipes, valves and forging and casting items
Have done initial, retention and renewel approval of welding electrodes for normal,
high and extra high stregth steel.
Involved in type approval of coupling and pipe fittings.
I have done approval of manufacturer for steel making process of normalizing and
TMCP for normal and high strength material and recently involved in certifying 9000
MT of NV E36 Z35 grades for Dubai Drydock worlds
Involved in Manufacturer Survey Assessment of sub-contractors for Yards
Review and approval of NDT plan, tank testing plan, inspection test plan and yard
