Commodity Manager Advanced Sourcing Lead (ASL) OEM/CM Production

•Project lead for class 1 Medical Device (Sourcing and establishing supply chain) from TJ Mexico,

beginning with domestic distribution and evolving into international commerce

•ASL for NPD - Michael Graves furniture for in- patient rooms at health care facilities. Liaison for

contract agreements, demand forecasting, costing and cost containment and Marketing Product

Launch. (Trial units for entire field staff)

•Served as Commodity Manager in Stryker's largest historical closing of a facility. (Buffalo NY) Lead

current production of surfaces (mattresses) for both patient care and patient handling to be

transferred to a CM/OEM supplier. Created MSA(s) along with Statement of Work (SOW) along with

Stryker internal requirements for NPD. Each existing surface became NPD as we reinvented and
