- Coordinates actions on personnel issues between NATO coalition forces and Afghan National Police.

- Executed over $90M in construction projects –95% completed on time and 100% under budget.

- Developed and managed the largest budget on the installation ($14M+) with zero auditable discrepancies.

- Strong leadership resulted in by-name selection as Advisor to the CENTAF Commander. Resolved all operational and policy issues affecting 5000 personnel in the Iraq, Afghanistan and Middle East theaters.

- Selected as Deputy Joint Task Force Commander for Hurricane Katrina. Worked with elected officials in the 33 southern most counties of Mississippi to provide disaster response and military support to civil authorities.

Managed all aspects of the conversion to include manpower, retraining and reassignment of personnel and logistical action for receipt and transfer of aircraft, support equipment and parts.

- Directed working group members in identifying and investigating issues resulting in product simplification, improved buildability and cost reductions.

- Chaired the Corporate Engineering Authorization/Internal Process Review Board. Functioned as the approval authority for all engineering product change requests for the luxury car divisions.

- Oversaw formulation of departmental budgets. Included analysis of financial data to determine performance and trends.

- Developed the Buick-Oldsmobile-Cadillac, Flint Engineering Five Year Business Plan.
