Company Overview: Regent Aerospace is a FAA Regulatory Plant Manufacturing

facility, we manufacture seats, galleys for Delta Airlines, United

Airlines, and Southwest Airlines & Spirit. Including RSS to which is the

As the Plant Manager I reported to the VP of Operations and will be

responsible for the management of the manufacturing operations within the

plant (we my direct report I plan, direct, and coordinate the operations

of all production, Human Resources, Maintenance, Transportation, Safety

and employee related issues. I am responsible

for the development, implementation, and maintenance of manufacturing

methods. Continuously developing manpower requirements and setting

priorities for production schedules based on planning.

KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Determining plant policies in conjunction with company policies.

Executing the sales revenue and operating income plan with yearly

budgets.

Managing and supervising production managers, production supervisors, and

all direct and indirect reports.

Developing shift standards and operating schedule for all production

departments.

and over 11 supervisors who in turns supervising 200+ employees at one

manufacturing site, Louisville. I was responsible for the overall

Plant production to include all high speed

precision press molds and precision injection molding operations, All

.Tracking and comparing Key Productivity Index values to Plan to maximize

operations.

plant.

* Working closely daily with Human Resources, Accounting, Transportation,

Safety, Production to ensure we are maximizing at all levels, conducting

daily dB meetings, monthly safety meetings, ensuring all employees are

meeting requirements, they are being trained to give them exact tools to

succeed.

Traveling to other plants in the organization to help with their needs as

assigned, I traveled on 25% basis, as we at this time was opening a couple

of plants and I was part of the startup team.

I was very closely working with purchasing, inventory as this is a big

issue within my eyes as this is a unique expense that can creep up on you

and be a waste if not monitored.

As assigned and always changing other task to facilitate the job to

increase revenue, decrees cost and to ensure employee safety.
