Present. January 4, 2010. Call Assistant LLC, Vice President Sales and
Marketing. I was recruited to build inbound business in the Direct Response
Industry. Call Assistant LLC is strongest in Outbound at the current time.
Have been successful in bring over several DR clients in the first month of
working for call Assistant.
January 2, 2007 to July 2009. Teleperformance USA. VP New Business
Development. I have been responsible for setting up a Live Operator call
Center for Direct Response. This is a new area for Teleperformance. The
call cent is currently running and has been up since July of 2007. I have
successfully sent up all of the new business and revenues are currently
running at $2,000,000.00 per year. Current Clients; Provo Craft, the Cricut
Cutter. Icon Health and Fitness. Stilson Global Direct. Story Rock. The
Coaching Company. Wing Product Development, Little Giant Ladders.
July 5, 2006 to December 30, 2006. InPluse Marketing. VP New Business
Development. Did not have time to develop business they were bought out by
West in September of 2006 and I decide to move on with a offer I had from
Teleperformance. USA
January 19, 2004 to June 30, 2006: Protocol Marketing Group

$200 million dollar a year full service center offering Direct Marketing,
Data & Production Services, Contact Center, Lead Management solutions,
Replication & Fulfillment.
Responsibilities: Increase Direct Marketing. Cross sale all services.
June16, 2003 to October 31, 2003: Greenwood & Hall
Executive VP Strategic Business Development
$50 Million dollar a year full service center offering inbound and outbound
telemarketing, fulfillment, production, media, credit card processing, and
customer care help desk.
Responsibilities:
Develop new business opportunities, increase customer service help desk,
dedicated customer call groups, direct response and catalog markets.
September 1, 2002- June 2003: FutureCall
VP Sales and Marketing
$100 million dollars a year outbound and inbound call center.
Responsibilities:
Recruited by former Convergys Executive Vice President to increase the
inbound presence, compensating for the new outbound legislation. I was able
to close $100,000.00 in potential business. Penetrated and established the
following accounts: WOW Technologies, 1-800 the credit, Soft Tubs, ABC
Family Channel, and Wizard Productions. Penetrated new lead opportunities
with Tyee Euro RSCG, C- Media, Inter Media, Direct Response Media,
American Telecast and True Wealth Creations.
August 2001- August 2002: eCallogy TeleServices
VP Sales and Marketing
$2 million dollar a year inbound, outbound, IVR call center and
fulfillment.
Responsibilities:
Start up company. Tasked with establishing the initial client base.
Successfully brought on board Barry Marketing Group, TV Guardian, Sharper
Image, Cornerstone (The Chocolate Lovers Diet), Vortex Fishing Lures,
Wizard Productions, and Health Direct.
The projected revenue from these clients was in excess of $2 million.
Company could not meet the demands of the direct response industry.
Mismanaged funds and under-capitalization precluded payment of commissions.

November 2000- August 2001: O'Currance

$10 million dollar a year inbound, outbound, and custom desk call center.
Responsibilities:
Increased sales by $2 million.
Set up dedicated agent positions for Direct Response client Vision
Technologies. Closure rate went form 30% to 60% the first two months.
Established new accounts: Vision Technologies, Sharper Image, Icon Media,
Vortex fishing Lures, Health Direct, 1-800 Patches, and Stilson and
Stilson.
Generated new leads for them from early 90's to present day. The leads that
I have sent to them today have generated approximately $5 million to their
business.
January 2000- November 2000: nVision
Director Sales and Marketing
Start up call enter and fulfillment
Responsibilities:
Recruited by the CEO to develop Telemarketing and Fulfillment.
Established new business of $1 million. Clients I brought on board
included: The Church of Jesus Christ of Later-day Saints, Cornerstone,
Malaco Records, Sharper Image, Infinite Mind, Boss Manufacturing, Genesis
Media, CDI Media, and Stilson and Stilson Advertising.
Company was under funded and poorly managed and could not meet client
expectation. Closed their doors in January 2002.
1982-2000: Convergys Marketing

Responsibilites:
Responsible for sales that averaged $12- $20 million a year.
Managed Western Regional Sales Group.
Opened new markets, including Packaged Goods, Entertainment, Dedicated
Telemarketing, and Infomercials.
Penetrated and established many major account including, but not limited
to; Fannie Mae Foundation, SoloFlex, Georgio of Beverly Hills, HealthRider,
BowFlex, Proctor & Gamble, Leo Burnett Advertising, Icon Health Systems,
Guthy - Renker, Tyee Productions, the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day
Saints, Bonneville International, The Disney Channel, Malaco Records,
