There were performance related and other issues with this application.
Various Problem records (PRs) were raised for resolution of these
issues. Worked on solution implementation, testing and documentation
for these PRs and QA and CAT support for deployment and testing was
also provided.

Workbook is an application used by “Group Benefit” LOB in Manulife.
This application is used by head office users and the account
executives in the regional offices to renew group policies.
This project was to develop the application from the scratch. As a part
of this project, along with a web application, couples of application
interfaces and a package of executive reports were created.

the sensitive data of the Shinsei customers

Responsibility Worked as Developer and Offshore Support Analyst supporting
business users
• Gathered changes from Client,Implemented and tested them
• Prepared the complete document of how the Monthly Portfolio
Management works .On Monthly basis the data was fetched and
jobs were executed. In case of Failure of any job, I investigated the
issue and provided the solution.

database
creating stored procedures for implementing the business logic
Creating SSIS packages hence populating the final database
using SSIS.
• I also created the batch files to schedule the Jobs and SSIS
packages. Daily monitoring of the jobs were done by me and
had provided the troubleshooting in case of any job failure.
• Supervision of production roll-out for ACPM.
