Ajay Kumar Swarup, Founder Director, A well-respected player in the business community, he heads the 74 year old Globus Spirits Ltd., one of the
•
leading alcohol producing and trading companies in northern India. The group started its operations in 1932 with sugar manufacturing. Ajay has been involved
with Gandhi Polytechnic, a vocational training institute since 1975 and is a member of the Board of Governors of the DAV School Society. He is a management
graduate from IIM, Calcutta.
Gautam Sengupta, Founder Director, Educated in the Doon School in Dehradun, Gautam’s higher studies were at the Indian Institute of Technology,
•
Kharagpur, and the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta. He is the promoter of Market Vision Research and Consulting Services, established in Dubai in
1997. Prior to setting up Market Vision, Gautam had worked with the Tata Administrative Service, seconded to the Taj Group of Hotels in India and overseas for
a period of 18 years.
Arindam Lahiri: (Executive Director): Arindam has Post Graduate certification from the IIM, Lucknow. He has total 19 years of experience with last 10 years

dedicated to education sector. He is a member of CII National Committee on higher education and also a member of the JETCO Skills and Education
committee, promoted by UKTI through British High Commission in India.
Tahsin Zahid: (Director and CEO): Tahsin is an MBA from IPM, Lucknow University with Post Graduate certification from the IIM-C. He has 14 years of

experience in vocational education sector in India and has been instrumental in establishing Wigan and Leigh College, IILM, Maples and SBCS Institute. He has
been an advisor to the International School of Marketing Communications and is the recipient of Young Achievers Award 2006, for his contributions in the area
of vocational education. Zahid is also the Co –Chairman of Skill Development Committee, PHDCCI and Member of the Board of Apprenticeship Training, Dept.
of Higher Education, Under Min. of HRD, GOI.
Mayuk Dasgupta – Associate Vice President (Govt. Interface): Mayuk has more than 13 years of work experience in the field of vocational training, Govt.

sector skill development, Staffing and large scale recruitments at national level. He has worked with leading companies like Gati Ltd, Kelly Services India and
Educomp Solutions and has handled large scale skill development and employment projects across multiple states. Mayuk is an MBA and a Doctoral scholar
(FPM) at the Academy of HRD, Ahmedabad.
Shalini Singh – Associate Vice President (Corporate Interface): Shalini has 13 years of experience in Print Media and has been associated with brands like

Indian Express, India Today and Recruitment firms. An MBA from DPC, Shalini has been working at senior profiles from the last 9 years. She has mentored and
led large teams taking care of, People Management, HR Operations, Business Development CRM, Campus Hiring and Talent Acquisition etc. She has worked
closely with clients like, Axis Bank, Mphasis, Vodafone and other service Industry clients.
Anil Kalia-National - Head (Sales): Anil has 14 years of experience in the education industry having managed various team sizes with merit. A Post Graduate
