Project Planner, 500kV DC Transmission Line Project (Edmonton, Alberta, 09/10-06/12):

• Utilized Primavera software for the planning and scheduling activities associated with the construction of a 500 km - 500kV DC Transmission Line, including development of all appropriates project reports to monitor procurement, contracting and construction, to support DC power supply to the Converter Stations LSTK Contractor. Developed an excel spreadsheet to track land acquisition and government permitting, down to the specific tower location.

Regional Planner – Connecticut Market, Clearwire Telecommunications Project (Hartford, CT, 06/10-09/10):

• Planned and monitored interdiscipline project activities to ensure that milestones were achievements regarding New Site Builds for the Connecticut market. Assisted the Market Manager with coordinating Site Acquisition, Engineering, Procurement, and Construction Department's efforts to support project goals. • Handled project planning for reclamation, expressway, and railroad construction projects for the West Kowloon portion of the Hong Kong Airport Programme. Project involved the relocation of shipyards, markets, pumphouses, and ferry piers whose waterfront access was eliminated by the new reclamation.

Project Cost & Schedule Engineer, California State Transportation Dept (Santa Clara, CA, 01/89-03/90):

• Implemented schedule monitoring and trending tools for the District 4 ( SF Bay Area) office of the California Department of Transportation, in an effort to assist them with the incorporation of a more effective program management approach into their present method of project progress tracking.

Area Cost & Schedule Engineer, Disney/MGM Theme Park (Orlando, FL, 03/88-12/88):

• After Bechtel involvement was increased to a General Contractor role, assisted with development of fast-track building construction schedules incorporating all necessary interfaces, with the accompanying resource and manpower leveling.

Area Cost/Schedule Supervisor, King Fahd International Airport (Dammam,Saudi Arabia, 02/87-02/88):

• Involved with review of Contractor cost/scheduling programs, including coordination/resolution of conflicts associated with construction interfaces. Contract scope included the Passenger Terminal, Concourse, Royal Terminal, Mosque, ATS Building and Control Tower, Parking Garage, and all related special systems work.

Project Cost & Schedule Engineer, Diablo Canyon Power Plant (San Luis Obispo, CA, 04/85-01/87):

• Developed front-end schedule tools to support a lump sum contract for the replacement of the Feedwater Heaters and Moisture Separator Reheaters for the first Unit 1 refueling outage.

• Involved initially with both Cost & Scheduling responsibilities during preliminary phase of construction (i.e. support infrastructure) and later as the Area Scheduling Supervisor for Offsites/Utilities/Structures, including Marine Facilities and the Site Power Plant. Worked on major subcontracts that included the Product Loading Jetty, Cooling Water Intake and Discharge, Site Ground Improvements and Product Tankage erection.
