Working with Direct Client Requirements using various VMS.I hired

consultants on W2 and Contract bases for our direct clients. Coordinating

with client Interview Processes and carries out reference check. Design &

Manage the Recruitment Life Cycle in order to achieve maximum output within

new and hot requirement comes to me I have to go through the

requirement and I have to know what the client is looking to fill a

position in his Organization.

. Further step I have to search the consultant according to client

requirement and also the required skills in the Job Portals such as

Monster, Dice, and Computer works and in the Company data base.

. When I find a consultant with matching skills set of client

requirement and responsibilities of the position and have good

experience with the skill set of what the client is looking for .

. Then I have to screen the consultant over telephone and I have to take

the all the details of consultant and also working experience with

skills set and some more details about his past working experience and

I have to check his communication skills while I speak with him over

telephone.

. When I feel that the consultant whom I find is perfectly matching and

I found that the consultant has related work experience in his resume

and who can explain his role in his last project as well as about his

responsibilities.

. If the consultant is on H1B visa the I have to discuss the rate for

the consultant with his employer. If the consultant is on EAD then I

can discuss the rate with him or with his or her employer .If he or

her moving with an employer.

. If the consultant is on Green card Holder (GC) or Us Citizen then I

can discuss the rate with them directly what the rate they are looking

right now

. Once the employer or the consultant give a rate confirmation according

what we have discussed over telephone. Then I go head and submit the

consultant resume to my Account Manager and he submit the consultant

resume to the related Vendor, from which he got the related

requirement for that particular position. My Account Manger submits

the consultant resume to his Vendor with contact details and with

hourly rate and with availability.

. After submitting consultant resume to vendor he'll also screen the

consultant over telephone and If he Find that the consultant is good

fit for the position for which his client is trying to fill a position

in his Organization.

. Once vendor found that the consultant good fit for the position he

submit the consultant resume to his Client and when client's hiring

manager find the consultant good from my vendor side .Which I have

submit them to my vendor then client schedule the telephonic screen

initially.

. Whenever the client is go to schedule the telephonic screen to my

consultant the client intimate the Interview timing to my vendor and

he'll let us Know about the Interview timing and we Intimate the

Interview details to the consultant as well as to consultant employer

in case of consultant is on H1B or EAD. And also we intimate the

consultant to avoid the noises and ask him or her to choose a silent

place to attend the telephonic around and don't argue with the client

hiring manager over telephonic round and give the answers to the

question asked by the hiring manager.

. If the hiring manager feel that the consultant has done very good at

telephonic round he ask for face to face or he'll directly hire the

consultant and hiring manager intimate to my vendor and my vendor

intimate to us. Once the consultant place the vendor send the paper

work to us and my manger will look after that.
