Global 20 and AMADA 255 Turret Punch Setter Operator, AMADA Lasmec Laser operator,

Mastercam router operator using FANUC, Siemens and Mitsubishi controls. Some

programming and editing of programs

My primary responsibility was to learn the strip and asses procedure of hydro-mechanical

components. Then I was given the responsibility of assessing and repairing other components as

they arrived.

Once I gained the trust of my peers I moved on to the Bell 206 series helicopters full flight

control system. I also gained experience in composite repair of Qantas fleet of turbo-prop

aircrafts. Dynamic balance propellers after overhaul.

I have some experience working with carbon fiber, fiberglass and Kevlar.

Some aircrafts I have experience with are: Cessna, Beechcraft, Dash-8, Boeing 737, 747, 767,

Airbus A-310, Bell helicopters, Nomad just to name a Few.

I used many different types of tools from pneumatic and electric to high precision measuring
