WORK EXPERIENCE

• Currently working with Clear Secured Services P Ltd as Manager – Operations since May 2012

(CSS is a company providing R & M to ATM's. It’s a service provider to the ATM industry)

Reporting to Regional Head – North, my responsibilities include:

• Co-ordinating with clients, taking care of R & M of all the sites (1500 nos) of my client.

• Mailing quotations to the clients & getting approvals for the same.

• Taking care of vouchers of the work done.

• Auditing of all the operational tasks performed in a week.

• Meeting with clients and resolving the issues.

• Arranging internal meetings weekly to clear out the doubts.

Reporting to Director of the company, my responsibilities include:

• Arranging meetings of our director with the clients.

Reporting to IT Head of TajSats and Project Manager of DNC, my responsibilities include:

• Working on Australian based Stock Inventory system (Wincheck).

• Was associated with the procedures of mater defining, ordering, receiving and MIS report.

• Coordinating with store department, purchase department and accounts department.

• Making Non- Inventory purchase orders.

• Taking receiving’s of the goods from store and entering the same in software.

• Giving the invoices to accounts to clear the dues.

• Coordinating with all departments (backend, kitchen staff, floor staff etc).

This was a very challenging assignment for athlete’s catering village at CWG2010, where 9 croresof inventories

was utilized during CWG by producing 36,000 meals per day.

• Worked as a freelancer operations executive to many event management companies and fulfilling their manpower

requirements.

• Worked with Acolytes Presentation as an Event Coordinator (Operations) from September 2007 to February

2009.

(Acolytes Presentation is one stop solution for event management companies. It’s a service provider to event management

companies. Provides manpower, arrange Audio Visual and all other required equipment’s in events etc.)

• Coordinating exhibitions, seminars, conferences and various promotional activities.
