Initiative's focus for "Improving CO Employee Knowledge." Implementation
of a new tool is focused on strategic actions to improve the customer pain

The General Reference Redesign Phase 1 will
1) Select through request for proposal, purchase and install new
Knowledge Management software and supporting hardware environments.
2) Enable crawling to existing General Reference documents and

existing General Reference database.
3) Provide automated topic search to the receiving Customer Service
Representative based on last topic selected by a customer from the

ability to begin on the Implementation Date, pursuant to a subsequent six

submittal to FERC, the baselined tariff establishes a unique Tariff Record

The objective of Martinique is to build an industry leading marketing
support solution that enhances the value of Intel inside Program.
Martinique is a leading -edge Web solution and showcase candidate for
Intel's new e-Commerce vision ("Successfully pioneer the use of e-
Business")
Project Description:
The Martinique project is involved in the development of a website to
handle advertisement reimbursement to licensee companies that are
participants in the Intel Inside Program. IION will be a showcase ecomm
website for Intel in B-to-B transactions to cater to its own requirements
to handle disbursements running into billions of dollars. This is a
prestigious project with a team strength exceeding 100.
The Website uses ASP at the front-end with VBScript for server-side and
JavaScript for Client-side validations. It uses Visual Basic 6.0 in the
middle layers of User Interface and Business Component. The database is
Oracle 8.i. The application uses MTS as the middleware to distribute data
calls. All database queries use only Stored Procedures. There is a
fullfledged Security object to check access at login, and an Architecture
Object to create connections and make standardized database calls.

designed using XML and ASP with DHTML. It uses Visual Basic COM components
for registering the dll and inserting the data into database and MTS as a
