Total responsibility for the financial accounting function for this
distributor of door hardware and related builder supplies - annual sales of
approximately $10 million. I negotiated credit facilities with lenders and

company. I coordinated the quarterly bank collateral audits as well as the
annual audit performed by the independent accounting firm. I was directly
responsible for multistate sales tax compliance. I supervised an
accounting staff of five people and coordinated all significant vendor and
customer issues as well as overseeing the payroll and employee benefits
functions. Moore Distributors was sold to The Jeske Company and continues
to operate in Memphis under that name. The accounting function was
centralized in Jeske's Wisconsin headquarters.

assisted the partner in charge of management advisory services with
valuation and litigation support engagements. I was responsible for
assisting clients with the application of accounting pronouncements,
planning and staffing audits, training and motivating new staff members,
preparing corporate tax returns for audit clients, and coordinating
management advisory services with existing and new clients. Rhea & Ivy

twenty million dollars during my tenure, had eleven distribution,
