Although not having been the low bidder, I have successfully seized many projects by creatively
promoting the owner’s best interest through my servicing and involvement (La Vida Real,
Sorrento South, Sunroad Corporate Center, St Francis Hospital, Hoag Cancer Center).
Maintained the highest capture rate at S&W and CGCC. Profitability on these projects consistently
the highest in the companies.
Through my involvement in Sunroad 1, the entire campus 1, 2, 3, & 4 were awarded to us.
Promoted to Manager of Preconstruction with the 1st year with S&W and then Chief Estimator
within 2 years.
Mentor to new employees; vigorously support and promote availability of information for new
employees and inspire their pursuit to excel in the job expectations.
