BACKGROUND SUMMARY
Qualified by over 31 years of technical experience that includes project

Builder/Project Manager/Service Manager
Responsibilities were to get the company back to the way work was performed
in 2009. I was given the go ahead, by both owners, to change whatever was
needed to get the work completed on time and within budget.
Directly responsible for trying to develop a system that would be timely
and within budget to build a new home. Also, was the point person for all
interfaces with homeowners, suppliers, trades, building inspectors, health
departments, and internal sales department.

Responsible for assisting in starting up a new company that provided
Nuclear related fasteners and machined parts. I was directly responsible
for taking over the Quality Control Manager position and assisting in the
development of the manufacturing department and engineering review of all
material and produced items.
Directly responsible for implementing a quality control program,
engineering review program, and a manufacturing department.
Created a quality control lab that provided all in-house testing, both
destructive and non-destructive, on all material and machined parts and a
computerized account of all results.

Responsibilities were to create a Nuclear Program to provide the
manufacturing and engineering departments with work. Primarily, I travelled
to Nuclear facilities and met with senior level management to discuss

Builder/Project Manager/Service Manager
Responsibilities included completion of a lot walk with all customers to
determine new home placement and location of all utilities. Preconstruction
meeting with the clients to determine all items that will be used in the
building of their new home. Schedule trades, inspections, and maintain
close contact with all customers.
Directly responsible for building over 150 custom homes on scattered site
lots with an average value of 250K, for just the structure.

2004 to 2006
Project Manager/Lead Estimator
Initial responsibilities included demo and removal of an office building.
Then proceed to complete the excavation of the site to install all
underground utilities for a multi million dollar condo complex including
gate house, garages and clubhouse. During the construction of the First
Phase of the project I was promoted to Lead Estimator. As the Lead
Estimator it was my job to review the designs and send out bid packages for
all facets of work for future designed multi million dollar condo
complexes. When all bids were returned I was to review all pricing to make
sure everything was covered before anyone was awarded a contract.
Developed an open relationship with all trades, building inspectors, and
corporate personnel.

Responsibilities included developing drawings per customer requirements for
new construction and or remodeling projects. Developed schedules,
researched and submitted paperwork for all permits, receive bids, and
create subcontractor listings for all facets of building. Created schedules
and timelines for job completions. Also, kept extensive records of all day
to day work, problems, concerns, and design changes for all jobs.
Developed an open relationship with all the city inspectors, health
department inspectors, and all building inspectors.

Responsibilities included developing mechanical, electrical, manufacturing
and architectural design drawings using Autocad R14 and 2000. Develop
documentation packages, wrote installation instructions and manuals,
provided training, project management, and performed quality reviews of all
products designed. Also, provided support, training, and implementation of
a corporate safety program.
Visited outside manufacturing facilities as a company spokesman to discuss

and quality reviews of all products designed. Also, provided support,
project management, training, and implementation of a QS-9000 program.

Member of the Corporate Safety Committee. Where I documented all safety
concerns and provided the appropriate corrective actions per OSHA
guidelines. Also, created an excel spreadsheet to document all the safety
concerns and corrective actions taken.
Taught an approved Hyster lift truck training program to both Mentor
facilities.
Member of the QS-9000 Corporate Audit Team. Responsible for auditing all
facets of the company.
Developed spreadsheets to track all engineering request notices (ERN'S) and
engineering change notices (ECN'S).
Implemented an engineering standards manual.
Developed various setup standards, fixtures, and jigs to streamline our
manufacturing department.
Created reference books to depict all assemblies and sub-assemblies of all
the products we manufacture. This includes all straddle carriers, machine
tool clutches, brackets, engine up-fit program, air compressors, side
loaders, off-highway equipment, marine, and various other manufactured
products.
Appointed Interim Service Manager. While still performing my engineering
duties.
Developed a computer program to track all services provided to our
customers.
Implemented a cross training program in both our manufacturing and service
departments.
Interface with customers and vendors. Provide quotes and completion dates
on services provided.
Responsible for EPA requirements for disposal of all waste materials on
site.
Provided on-site and off-site technical advice to customers on an as needed

Responsibilities included implementation of a computer aided drafting and
design (CADD) department, training, designing, field as-builting and
incorporation of design packages on piping and instrumentation
diagrams, plant layouts, architectural design, HVAC system diagrams,
environmental drawings, fire protection piping diagram drawings,
interconnection diagrams, schematic diagrams, front panel layouts and one-
line diagram drawings.

attend review demonstrations of new hardware and software packages.
