1. Attended all types of Major Mechanical Maintenance & Repair Jobs in large cement

plants.

2. Having experience in alignment of Drive systems with Dail Guages.

3. Having experience in overhauling and reconditioning of gear boxes, oil pumps.

4. Having experience in replacement of Kiln supporting rollers, bearings replacement and

roller alignment, Mills inlet and outlet journal bearings replacement of air separators, dust

collector bags replacement, and maintenance of the ESPS and gas condition tower mill

internals like Diaphragm segments, liners etc.,

5. Maitenance of material handling equipments like bucket elevators, belt conveyors,

clinker coolers drag chain conveyors, rotary feeders, bush feeders, air lifts, air slides and

F.K. pumps.

6. Grate coolers beams alignment, cooler plate replacements, breaker hammers replacement

maintenance of the cooler double flap valves with pneumatic cylinders.

7. Well conversant with maintenance of screens.

8. Well conversant with the maintenance of Jaw Crushers, horizontal shaft impact Crushers,

Vertical Shaft impact Crushers.
