Letter of Recommendation:
I would like to strongly recommend Mr. Dennis Yotter for any maintenance
position that you have in your organization. I have had the privilege to
work alongside with Mr. Yotter while serving the function of Maintenance
Manager.
Mr. Yotter can best be described as extremely driven, committed to
excellence and impeccable integrity. He has demonstrated these traits on
numerous occasions while performing his duties as the Maintenance Lead:
His duties included the following:
Developing and implementing TPM and PM programs for a high volume
machining and metal forming facility with over 1000 operating pieces
of equipment.
Taking uptime on equipment from below 50% to over 85% on all critical
equipment.
Reducing the work order system from over 1000 work orders a week to
less than 100 in 3 months by driving the teams focus.
Helped to recruit/hire required skilled trades positions to support
plant.
Mr. Yotter is a highly respected member of the maintenance department and
recognized by the plant senior management staff. His opinion is valued by
all team members in his area of expertise and cross functionally with all
other plant operations. He has led the development and implementation of
many plant programs, projects and shut down events. He has demonstrated
the ability to lead by example, and to lead his team from start to a
successful completion.
Dennis has one of the most difficult jobs in the plant due to the demanding
nature of keeping the machinery and equipment running while supporting
operational needs. He is deeply committed to supporting the plant in all
of its challenges and does not veer from a path to success.
I could not recommend Dennis Yotter highly enough for any position in your
organization. I have spent many hours in the plant, fighting a multitude
of issues with him and could not think of a better team member.
Respectfully,
Jeff Collier
