Summary
I am looking for a rewarding career (not necessarily compensation) where I can make a difference in people's
lives. I know I have a lot to offer an employer due to my wide diversity of training and experience. W e can make
a difference together! I have pursued different interests over my career, ranging from social services,
manufacturing, real estate, owning my own business, web based marketing, and insurance sales. I pride myself
in being proficient in many different areas which allows me to be adaptive on the job, quick on my f eet, and able
to solve problems efficiently. I have over 18 years of negotiating experience between labor and management
which has taught me problem solving on a personal as well as business level. Most business transactions can
be reduced to a set of negotiations and I am very good at it. have had experience in the gear factory at
Caterpillar and extensive auto manufacturing experience, as well as owned and operated my own business.
