Professional Experience
April 2007 - Present
Co-Founder of the Museum of Friends (MOF), Walsenburg, Colorado
Directing operations, programming, and educational initiatives of a
Contemporary Collection of paintings prints, sculptures, resource library
and classes. Initiating the direction, fund raising, and scheduling of all
future projects of the Museum of Friends with Co-Founder Brendt Berger.
September 2004 - March 2007
Italian American Museum, Curator of Collections, New York, New York,
Initiating, organizing and developing historical and contemporary Italian
American Exhibitions. This includes researching and writing scholarly
publications, promotional materials, and planning educational and public
programs. Utilizing "Art Systems", to create an archive of our permanent
collection.

"Life Forms in Focus Two" tile installation in ECCI (early
childhood center) Bronx, New York. Commissioned by the New York
City Early Childhood Agency and High Bridge Advisory Council Day
Care and Senior Center. Developed theme and curriculum materials
to train all teachers at site working with pre-school-aged
children with special needs to create designs for decorative tiles
for new facility.
1992-1993 Designer and Coordinator
Commissioned by New York City Schools Construction Authority, "The
World" six interior banners in the Bronx Elementary School.
1991-1992 Designer and Coordinator
"Life Forms in Focus", tile installation in ECC1, the Bronx, New
York. Commissioned by New York City Schools "Sites Workshop for
Students One Percent for the Arts." Developed children's designs,
consulted on fabrication of replicated tiles, and installation

Travel: I have traveled extensively throughout the United States -
attended many American Association of Museum's conferences within the
United States, as well. I lived outside of Monterrey, Mexico in a
rural community (Rinconada), where I assisted contemporary artist
Richard Mock on exhibition planning. I lived and traveled throughout
Italy during my last year of undergraduate work at Syracuse
University.
