renewal of contracts of the permanent nature business areas like
housekeeping, stationery, drinking water, printing materials, PEST Control
etc.
Control and monitoring of routine activities of outsourced housekeeping
staffs. Attendance of housekeeping and contract employees who form under
Admin.
Take care of apx. 7 acres area that includes main building and warehouse
related to overall cleaning, hygiene, maintenance (ac, electrical,
mechanical, plumbing, civil, carpentry) etc - Routine inspection and
appropriate Reports.
Attending day to day complaints from staffs, tenants and Customs Officials
and take a call in co-ordination with housekeeping agencies, maintenance
department etc. Maintenance / Technical staffs, STP operator, company
vehicle driver, front office executive, gardener, housekeeping supervisors
and office boys directly reporting to self - complete co-ordination and
ensuring of timely maintenance.
Take care of Annual Maintenance Contracts - Air Conditioners, PEST, Water,
DG, UPS, Inverters, Transformers, Lifts, Forklifts and Hand Trolleys,
Major Building Maintenance etc - timely take-up, organize meetings with
vendors and Management Board - negotiation - finalization - Renewals.
Office Administration - demand, receipt and issue of stationery and
housekeeping materials for various departments and for the housekeeping
agencies - Leave/Off etc of sub-ordinates.
Transportation - look after company vehicles - take care of entire
transport related matters for Company Employees and Customs Officials -
day to day liaisoning with Transportation Contractors and Commissioners of
Customs - carry out adequate checks - processing of Monthly Bills -
preparation of comparative statements monthly to understand the usage of
vehicles.

Submission of Reports to Management as well as Govt Agencies (Electrical
Dept, Pollution Control board & Environment Dept) periodically.
