software for physicians, including multi-doctor, multi-location and multi-specialty office.
The Medical Manager® software functionality encompassed billing & accounting, scheduling, front
and back office functions, electronic billing, the electronic chart, and scanning and imaging.
Monitored the daily operations, including client account management, sales and marketing, support
services and internal management.
Designed and implemented internal business systems, to include time and project management for
client and internal projects, wrote and implemented a client response system to track client support
issues, updated training manuals; coordinated and oversaw internal training courses and checklists.
Reviewed financial reports, including balance sheet, profit and loss, and sales reporting and sales
projecting.
WebMD purchased this business in December 2001.
