* Earlier worked in Abdullah A.M. Al-khodari and Sons Co.

As A Batching Plant Maintenance Engineer.in Saudi Arabia.

Al-khodari is a well known construction group in Kingdom of Saudi

Arabia.

Working as Batching Plant Maintenance Engineer and responsible for.

Executing cost saving and energy saving techniques/measures and

modifications to achieve substantial reduction in O&M Expenditures

and work within the budget. And this plant was erected under my

supervision from piling work to up to operations stage.

* Worked in ACC RMX (India, Hyderabad) M1-MC-300.H2.25N 90 m3/hr.

As a production in charge from 2008 to 2010 August.

* Worked in Jaidhar Ready Mix Concrete (India, Hyderabad) as a

Plant Manager. The plant was erected under my supervision from

leveling of land to trail production. And I have done lessening

work too. From 2006 to 2008.

* Worked as a Batching Plant (M1 MCI 300) Supervisor in M/s.

Grasim Industries, (Birla Ready Mix) (India, Hyderabad) Ltd.

from 2002 to 2006.

> I have erected More than 3 RMC plants from leveling of land to trail

production. I have through knowledge in erection and commissioning

of various capacities of Batching plants.

TECHNICAL EXPERENCE:

* Good knowledge of plant equipment and concrete products, and

manufacturing Processes.

* Operations & Maintenance of COMMAND ALKON, SIEMENS, MSO 3000,

Schwing Stetter CP30.MC 150. M1-MCI 360 and H2.25N & "O.CUOGHI

-C-"(CHINA MAKE) & Kice Al-kifah Concrete Batching Plants.

* Good knowledge of various of Block Making Machine.

* Repair and replacement of conveyor belts, pulleys, dust

collection systems, bins, hydraulic and pneumatic gates and air

compressor.

* Operation & maintenance and trouble shooting of CHILLER (SNOWKEY

China make).

* Planning and effecting preventive maintenance schedules of

various machineries and instruments to increase machine up time

and equipment reliability.

* Well knowledge assembling and dismantling plant at construction

sites.

* Conduct routine checks of the batching line and other allied

equipment in good condition.

* Implement preventive and breakdown maintenance program.

* Well knowledge various of Batching plants Calibration as per

schedule

* Manage troubleshooting of daily equipment trouble.

* Maintain the plant with safety precautions' as per safety

schedule.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

* As a plant Manager fully responsible in all field of production.

* As a Plant Manager responsible for the establishment for the daily

operation of the plant & solves technical & administrative problems

related to production, materials, HR, customers & government

interface.

* Keep plant operations all the time, meaning properly maintained

plant, equipment's and an adequate inventory of raw materials.

* As a plant Manager responsible for review policies & procedures

related to concrete production, maintenance, safety, and health &

environment control.

* OH and Safety standards inside the plant. Strictly lock out/tag out

procedures.

* Should prepare daily pour schedule within available resources

without affecting all site progress with close coordination with

higher officials

* Should maintain concrete mixers, concrete pumps and related

equipment's in good condition by coordinating workshop in advance

to minimize down time.

* Schedule Planning day wise.

* Inventory management of all the materials

* Perform monthly inventory of concrete raw materials and various

concrete batched

* Generation of Daily & Monthly Production Reports.

* Budget preparation for raw material and spares

* Responsible for handling complete manufacturing, marketing

function with overall P&L responsibility of the designated plant.

* Business Management. Product mix, costing, pricing, marketing /

selling strategies etc..

* Deploy commercial components into high-volume production with time-

to-market and cost-sensitivity requirements as discussed and agreed

* Monthly reports preparation.

* Continual operation and maintenance cost reduction.

* Capable to review Mix design and should test concrete cube with the

help of QC Lab.

* Preparing Mix design sheets to determine sizes of aggregates and

proportions of water cement ratio as per required for each mix for

easy use of operator.

* Preparing maintenance schedule for plant, TM'S, Pumps etc

* Giving proper instruction to plant operators, dispatch clerks,

drivers and all related staff for the smooth running of plant.

* Optimization of manpower of the Plant.

* Always be in contact with plant operators, dispatch Clerks,

technicians, drivers for the smooth running of plant.

* Communication with Site officers as well as contractors.

* Continuous Production monitoring.

* Responsible for achieving monthly target.
