. Implemented Fusion Vision Detection System (Greenbelt project) at

FiberVisions resulting in a waste savings of $250K/yr. Fusion (hard

plastic created during fiber extrusion process) was the most frequently

reported quality complaint issued to the Athens plant in 2009.

. Implemented at FiberVisions a new Statistical Process Control software

called Infinity QS which displays real time process and quality data on

a "dashboard" on the production line enabling operators to make

adjustments per SPC rules of run to ensure process and product control.

. Reduced Eaton's PPM from 56 returns from Daimler Mercedes in 2006 to 6

returns in 2007.

. Championed formulation optimization projects that saved Carlisle

Coatings and Waterproofing over $390,000.

. Implemented and managed the cost savings programs implemented by three

Carlisle facilities in Georgia and Texas.

. Created and implemented the plant ISO Quality System and related

documentation for Carlisle.

First Quality is a manufacturer of plastic films, both printed and

unprinted for the personal care, packaging, protection and specialty market

segments.

. Manager of Quality Management for brand new, state of the art plastic

film manufacturing facility.

. Responsible for the management of all aspects of the quality system

for the Anderson facility ensuring that all finished product meets

physical property requirements and print quality.
