. Setup and implementation of all new lab equipment for brand new quality

facility, First Quality in Anderson, SC.
. Implemented Fusion Vision Detection System (Greenbelt project) at
FiberVisions resulting in a waste savings of $250K/yr. Fusion (hard
plastic created during fiber extrusion process) was the most frequently
reported quality complaint issued to the Athens plant in 2009.
. Implemented at FiberVisions a new Statistical Process Control software
called Infinity QS which displays real time process and quality data on
a "dashboard" on the production line enabling operators to make
adjustments per SPC rules of run to ensure process and product control.
. Reduced Eaton's PPM from 56 returns from Daimler Mercedes in 2006 to 6
returns in 2007.
. Championed formulation optimization projects that saved Carlisle
Coatings and Waterproofing over $390,000.
. Implemented and managed the cost savings programs implemented by three
Carlisle facilities in Georgia and Texas.
