Property Management
. Represent the Company at community meetings pertinent to site;
. Supervise site and maintenance staff, including: creating a positive
work environment, setting priorities with work load, hiring, promotion
and disciplinary recommendations;
. Perform regular property management accounting on Yardi accounting
system, including preparing monthly variance reports;

capital improvement, security and emergency plans for each project,
and execute maintenance plan;
. Enforce lease provisions and House Rules in accordance with Company
policies and procedures;
. Determine need for serving tenant notices; and testify at legal
proceedings, if needed;
. Provide relevant and timely reports to Management;
. Available by telephone and/or pager to respond to emergencies and
tenant complaints on a 24 hour, on-call basis;
. Maintained primary residence at the property
. Perform all other assignments/tasks that are assigned by supervisor.
