1. Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist. I consider myself to be one of the best in the country. I am experienced and skilled in all phases of Nuclear Imaging, and familiar with enough types of equipment to get up to speed on anything in a maximum of two days. I am experienced with Picker, GE, Toshiba, Siemens ADAC, SMV and most others.
2. Radiology Information Systems administrator. I was trained in Nashville TN for two weeks on the new IS from UHC for Aiken Regional Medical Centers. Later, I installed the Radiology RIS from Swearingen software, including 25 workstations and a server. I did everything except route the cables through the ceiling, I was responsible for first line support of this system, including troubleshooting and replacing defective hardware.
3. Radiology Supervisor. On alternating days I served as the Radiology Floor Manager at Aiken Regional, directing patient flow and room assignments for technologists,
3, Most recently, I continued to perform as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist, and assisting users having difficulties with various computer systems, I was able to interweave this into my NMT duties, simultaneously0 applying for and receiving ICANL Accreditation .
RECENT ACCOMPLISHMENTS
1. I obtained ICANL Accreditation for the fixed site nuclear lab at PennTeck Diagnostics in Augusta, Georgia.
2. I obtained separate Accreditation for the two mobile nuclear labs operating at numerous sites in Georgia and South Carolina at PennTeck Diagnostics in Augusta, Georgia.
3. I completed and submitted new Radioactive Materials Licenses in Georgia and South Carolina for both the fixed site (Georgia) and the mobile sites (both states).
