questions pertaining to The First Tee and its curriculum. Drafted documents to help form a
Parent’s Board and Junior Council as well as started and maintained the official Facebook Fan

Work Experience:
Regions Financial Bank (Financial Services Specialist III). As a Financial Services Specialist
III, I had to possess effective leadership, management, coaching, presentation, problem solving,
and training skills. I had to be able to identify and maximize cross-sale opportunities through
customer profiling, enhance customer relationships by telemarketing bank products, and ensure
customers were referred to the correct lines of business. Plus, I had the ability to take, process,
and close loan applications using great customer service presentation skills and strong business
acumen. Held insurance license for the states of Arkansas and Texas and served as a Regions
Mentor training all new Financial Services Specialists in the area. I also acted as the Branch
Operations Representative (BOR) holding the responsibility of making sure my branch was in
compliance and aware of all new and updated branch operation procedures. November 2006-
May 2010
Texar Federal Credit Union (Member Services Representative II). Position was the first line of
contact for members as they entered the branch. Main job duties included opening and
maintenance of new accounts, loan processing, and handling of teller transactions including vault
and ATM work. Audited all new accounts and loans, as well as, handling negative accounts and
paid out loans and title work. I was one of six original employees who were interviewed and
chosen to help open the Jefferson Avenue Branch. December 2004-November 2006
