. Verify the doc. of the received material.

. Full fill all the NDT requests.

. Verify and assure the application of the welding procedures

specification (WPSS)

. Verify the in-process inspection according to the approved ITP plan

. Prepare all Q.C documents related to the daily schedule

. Follow and assure that all technicians are fulfilling their tasks

. Checking fit up of the joint before start welding operation as per the

detailed drawing (root gap, bevel angle, surface mismatch)

. Checking electrode type, size &record of batch number

. Checking sitting of welding machine parameters during welding

operation as required(WPS)

. Preliminary visual Inspection of weldment after welding

. Dimensional check during assembly and after completion of assembly
