Support and help open new company branches and existing branches in
Austin TX and surrounding areas. Responsible for the recruitment,
training, and all HR generalist duties for two regions of teams. The
start-up and management of a full spectrum of HR operations, systems and
programs. Work with senior management to create HR policies and
procedures; recruit employees; and develop orientation, training and
