Accountable for customer satisfaction, strategic plan development, project execution, business development (BD), LOB financial execution, and procedural compliance to include the operation and maintenance of classified IT systems and a SCIF. Performed as Information System Security Manager (ISSM) and alternate Facility Security Officer (FSO). Evaluated corporate capabilities and presented the business case to the President to disengage from the OS LOB. President concurred and the Manager position was eliminated as part of the downsizing. Key participant in 12 company team formation, establishment of Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDA) and Teaming Agreements. Led the team in pre-award activities to include developing team priorities, task order proposal process and formulating a transparent, open, honest, and equitable proposal position allocation process. Program Manager, Space and Missile Defense Initiatives Support (SMDIS) II and III Contract (Dec 08 - Sep 11)
Managed a 17 company team in support of the US Army Strategic Command Scientific, Engineering and Technical Assistance (SETA), cost plus fixed fee (CPFF) contract in excess of a dozen individual task orders with work in Washington DC, New Mexico, California, Nebraska, Alabama and Colorado. Managed all subcontractor requirements including finance (T&M and CPFF subcontracts), labor and technical responsibilities. Created all documentation requirements for the addition of new teammates. Wrote and evaluated Task Order Plans to secure new and existing task orders by producing technical, resume and cost volumes. Served as COLSA`S primary POC to the government contracting officer and program manager. Responsible for the creation, review and submission of recurring CDRLs and quality assurance including financial status, projections, work instructions and activity reports.
