January 2010 to Present

Team Lead

*Supervise/delegate daily work assignments, long/short term shop objectives, and assist in resolving any unanticipated obstacles.

*Control total inventory of JLG and Grove shop stock.

*Record keeping: maintain and report records of all inventory, repairs performed, and costs analysis of RESET equipment to 10K ATLAS Forklift, 6000M Forklift, ATEC 22ton Grove Crane.

*Trained 12 heavy equipment mechanics on RESET procedures, troubleshooting, and testing in accordance with goals and shop standards while maintaining a safe, efficient work environment.

*Charged with identifying all defects, directing corrective measures, and accountable for final Quality Control/Quality Assurance of RESET machines by performing and recording MSD/ICE Tests, and Functional Test for contracted equipment.

*Physically inspect all heavy equipment prior to presentation to the government Contracting Officer Representative.

*Conduct Initial Condition Assessment Reports identifying defects, estimated cost of repairs, labor hours, and repair part shortages of contracted military equipment.

*Submit all final Condition Assessment Reports to the government, totaling the actual cost of parts and labor hours.

*Coordinate with program manager to project completion timelines of RESET equipment, parts shortages, and shop/personnel status.

*Responsible for the proper storage, removal, and disposition of all Hazardous Material.

*Assume role as Site Lead when actual Site Lead is away.

Heavy Equipment Mechanic

*Performed all RESET maintenance repairs for contracted military equipment to include 10K ATLAS Forklift, 6000M Forklift, ATEC 22ton Grove Crane in accordance with guidelines set forth by JLG, TACOM, and Military Doctrine.
