PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Title: Administrativive Coordinator I / Supervisor - Kennedy Krieger Institute (Baltimore, MD) Outpatient Psychiatry Clinic - (1994 - Present)

* Provide all administrative support to the Medical Director, Clinical Director, Medical Training Director, Clinic and Medical Directors of the Outpatient Psychiatry Clinics located at multiple sites to include scheduling meetings, preparing correspondence, progress reports, budget proposals, assisting with manuscripts, abstracts, research reports, data tables, figures, charts and graphs for special projects, prepare data and reports, make travel arrangements, transcribe meeting minutes.

* Serve as liaison in the absence of the Director/Clinical Director and resolve controversial issues.

* Develop and maintain effective systems to include managing Clinic Program Evaluation/Performance Improvement reports, office filing and other database systems including patient clinicians` monthly progress reports, distribution of updated Policies and Procedures, Clinic Orientation Manual, contact information, and clinician/nursing coverage schedules to all staff, and serve as liaison to other clinics.

* Provide administrative assistance to other clinicians in Outpatient Psychiatry department with the preparation of presentations and basic secretarial needs of a non-urgent nature, including mail distribution, facility-related maintenance and equipment and resource maintenance and upkeep.
