Collection of Business and process requirements with users to validate the necessary
direction and to ensure that the solutions will meet their needs as they are chosen.

countries (Solution consisted of a combination of SAP HR, SAP Inhouse Payroll, SAP
outsourced Payroll, ADP Payroll, Compmaster, Kronos Time Systems, Oracle Data Warehouse,
Reporting tools, Self service tools for employees and managers as well as other common
solutions. (i.e; configuration, programming, functional and operational integration,
oracle warehousing, self service tools, portal development, etc).
Kronos Time system implementation across all US sites. Design of common data and
operational structure which will be re-used to expand usage globally. (i.e; integration,

Hrizon Movement of separate HR and Payroll solutions across the U.S. to common re-
usable outsourced solution with ADP.
Surveys implementation of dozens of global surveys using the Manta tool and Lotus
Notes.
Acquisitions bringing in 14 separate acquisitions over 5 years. Mostly in the U.S., but
also across Asia. Required assessment of existing HR and Payroll solutions as well as

Portal managed the design and implementation of the HR side of a
Global IBM Websphere portal for employee use.
HR / Payroll Service Center Design to implementation of a U.S. Service center,
centralized which replaced 7 separate HR operational environments. Common, re-usable
solutions, process and procedures were developed and implemented. Common solution will be
expanded globally.
Restrac (aka Webhire) Implementation of an inhouse solution across the U.S., Canada and
UK with Recruiter and Manager self service access.
Employment Web Page creation and implementation of the first Global Employment
(internal and external) web page which contained available positions.
Global Peoplesoft managed the implementation of a re-usable Global Peoplesoft solution
across 43 countries. My functional responsibility included Employment, Immigration,
Relocation, EEO/AAP and Layoff applications.
Designed and implemented Global payroll consolidations with a net reduction of 29
