The Nurse Is In" is a program offered at the Surrey Senior Center every other Wednesday where a nurse and clients can connect on health issues.

Health Care Volunteer

Provide nursing care/discharge education to patients at large scale community clinics organized by the N.A.F.C.

Clinics are funded through large scale fundraising efforts and provide free medical care and connections to many local resources to large numbers of uninsured and under-insured individuals.
