Projects:
1. South Mahakam Field Development Project - Phase 1 & 2
Client: TOTAL E&P INDONESIE
Type of Project: Detailed Engineering, Procurement, Construction & Installation (EPCI)
General description of the project:
South Mahakam is an offshore gas & condensate field located approximately 25km from Balikpapan shore in East Kalimantan, Indonesia.
The current development project includes installation of 3 new unmanned production platforms - Main Stupa, West Stupa and East Mandu - which are capable of producing 170, 80 and 120 MMscfd of gas, respectively. Produced gas and liquid from these three platforms will then be combined and routed to the existing Senipah onshore processing facilities by a 24- sub-sea pipeline.
The new wellhead platforms mainly consist of flowlines, production and test manifolds, well test facilities (multi-phase flow meter), wellhead control panel, fuel gas system, closed drains and open drains systems, chemical injection packages (Corrosion Inhibitor, Methanol and Biocide), cold vent/flare system (including vent knock-out drum), well offloading and export facilities (including pig launchers).
An adequacy check will also be conducted for some existing onshore facilities of Senipah (e.g. slug catcher).
2. Sisi Nubi (Phase 2B) & Peciko (Phase 7) Field Development Project (Pre-Engineering)
Client: TOTAL E&P INDONESIE
Type of Project: Detailed Engineering, Procurement & Construction (EPC)
General description of the project:
Sisi, Nubi and Peciko are three offshore gas & condensate fields located around 25km from Senipah onshore facilities in East Kalimantan, Indonesia.
The current development project includes installation of 3 new unmanned production platforms - one in Sisi, one in Nubi and one in Peciko - which are capable of producing 200, 150 and 170 MMscfd of gas, respectively. Untreated gas and liquid from these new platforms will then be combined with the production fluid of the other existing platforms in the field area before being delivered to the existing onshore processing facilities by sub-sea pipeline.
The new wellhead platforms mainly consist of flowlines, production and test manifolds, well test facilities (multi-phase flow meter/test separator), wellhead control panel, fuel gas system, closed drains and open drains systems, chemical injection packages (Corrosion Inhibitor, Methanol and Biocide), cold vent/flare system (including vent knock-out drum), well offloading and export facilities (including pig launchers).
Responsibilities:
- Preparing and checking of process documents such as PFDs, P&IDs, SAFE Chart, ESD Logic Diagram, line sizing and process calculations for major equipment such as pump.
- Conducting Emergency Depressurization (blowdown) calculations and Hydrate formation calculations.
- Contribution to FEED Endorsement.
- Checking IDC (Inter Discipline Check) documents and providing process data to other disciplines.
- Participating in HAZOP study of the project.
- Attending technical meetings with the Client and Sub-contractors.
Proposals:

2008, September - 2009, April PT. Technip Indonesia Jakarta, Indonesia
Process Engineer/Lead Process Engineer
Project:
1. Senoro Condensate Basic FEED Verification
Client: MEDCO ENERGI
Type of Project: FEED Engineering Verification and Modification
General description of the project:
The initial plant has been designed by Worley Parsons to produce 10000 Barrel/day of stabilized condensate and 260 MMscfd of sales gas in 2 trains.
The new reservoir data shows that the well pressure is depleting and correspondingly the condensate production is also going down. Due to this new reservoir scenario and also some other additional sources of condensate, the existing design of Senoro condensate stabilization system is required to be checked and modified.
PT. Technip Indonesia (PTTI) has been retained as an engineering consultant to check the adequacy of the existing condensate stabilization system.
In this regard, several cases/scenarios have been studied by PTTI and the adequacy of the relevant equipment has been checked and the best modification has been recommended to the Client.
Responsibilities:
- Supervision/preparation of process documents such as process reports, Heat and Material Balances, PFDs, P&IDs, process calculations and data sheets.
- Attending technical meetings with the Client.

Onshore Receiving facilities are also designed to reach to the desired sales gas specification. Onshore and offshore simulations (WHP, FPSO, Subsea Pipeline and Onshore Receiving Facilities) have been done by HYSYS/PIPESYS software.
Responsibilities:
- Preparing process reports, data sheets, Heat and Material Balances and equipment list.
- Performing line sizing and process calculations for major equipment such as pump.
