General Manager

When I was first hired on with Davis Tire, I was hired to be a commercial truck and tire mechanic. I had very little duties as far as I was basically a beginner. Over the years of helping grow the business and gather more clientele, I was offered a management position. I was sketchy at first about taking the position so I thought it through. A week or so went by and I took the management position, I told myself I was experienced enough to tag on the challenges. Some of my job duties were to monitor multiple databases and keep track of all the companies inventory. I was in control of all the payroll, books, dispatching and maintenance on all of the companies vehicles. I was the General Manager at the company for about three and a half years.
