5/00 - 4/03 AUSTIN INDUSTRIAL

SAFETY SUPERVISOR - Started out as a Site Safety Coordinator auditing the EH&S program at INTeL on the 4D Project (Pentium4) in Rio Rancho, NM. Continued as Site Safety Manager on the completion of the C4 Project and then the Fab7, P601 - Analytical Lab and Tank Farm Demolition. After which, the C4 (Celeron 4) High Purity Material Project started. Continued as the Project Safety Manager on the C4 from start-up to completion. Completed all the projects with an Incident Rate of 0.00 on all projects. Safety Supervisor on Maintenance at a petrochemical plant in Houston, TX, managing approximately 65 regular fulltime maintenance employees and 60 contract employees on a new pipe rack railcar loading facility. Transferred to a new grass roots project as a Safety Supervisor on a 400+ employee site with safety staff on installation of a HRSC type Co-Gen Power Plant in Perryville, LA. This was a Cleco/Burns and McDonnell project that originally started as a 70-man job and escalated to a 400-man project. Completed this project with an Incident rate of 0.3. All the above, included daily audits of the projects, weekly safety meetings, Austin's 52-week training program, monthly corporate reports and a monthly positive motivational speech. Inclusion with working closely with client safety and management and consulting with other contractors to help with their safety programs. Currently finished a Co-Gen outage in Bremond, TX, covering Safety, Human Resources, and Payroll.

CONSTRUCTION COORDINATOR - In Austin, TX on an Austin Energy Project installing a HRSG Co-Gen. Coordinated the installation of the pipe rack and miscellaneous structural steel. With a Union Contractor doing the erection of the steel.

4/99 - 12/99 CDK CONSTRUCTING

SITE SAFETY MANAGER - Managed two sites for all Safety and Health Compliance, one under OSHA Rule the other under MSHA Rule. SF Phosphates - Rock Springs, WY on a plant expansion project. Barrick Gold Strike - Carlin, NV, Grass Roots project building a

roaster and crusher. Assisted as Site Safety at INTeL in Rio Rancho, NM, this is an ongoing maintenance project of the entire facility.

SITE SAFETY MANAGER - Responsible for site safety and health, with 450+ employees, 4 Field Safety Inspectors, one civil crew and subcontractors, doing steel erection, sheeting, millwright, and general construction. Operated all type of construction equipment, utilized as structural and fabrication welder. Locations: Kingman, AZ; Norfolk, NE; Jewett, TX; Crawfordsville, IN; Butler, IN and Petersburg, VA.

As you can see as per the attached resume, I have a B.S. in Occupational Safety and Health Engineering; have been in construction and maintenance since 1991, with previous experience in Fire, Law, and Medical. I am familiar with 29CFR1926 and 1910, NFPA101, Work Comp, EEOC, ADA, Haz-Mat, EPA and all areas concerning OSHA, and MSHA (surface). Work in Human Resources extensively during field hiring for jobs and immediate openings. Have been successful as a Construction Coordinator on HRSG type power plant installation, working with union sub-contractors.
