Responsible for coordinating the selection (RFP/RFQ) process by analyzing and evaluating proposals in order to
acquire a variety of goods and services.
Manage the RFP process to acquire variety of service contracts to include IT support services, Corporate Appointment
Settings, advertising and PR management services; the hiring of National and International Marketing Representatives

Prepare all documentation for signatures by the President/Legal counsel when award or non-award of contract occurs.
Update policies and issue Standard Operating Procedures notices to staff by company's Legal Counsel.
Assist staff in writing specifications for proposals including: contacting vendors to obtain price quotes and delivery
dates; calculating/documenting for the record the most favorable bid; and preparing documentation for the files record.
Handle preparation, retention and administration of contractual items to ascertain that everything is in order should any
year-end audits occur, which also makes it essential that discretion and the highest level of confidentiality is practiced.
Assist in the development and the updating of the standard operating procedures while making certain that all
contracts/RFP are in accordance with contractual requirements.
Provide administrative support to the Vice President of Management for a variety of projects, as needed.
Support the Events Manager with preparations for special events including preparing guest lists, invitations, creating
promotional packages and other materials, as well as assisting with set up on days of events, as needed.
