I developed a unique networked service reporting system for Bell Ontario. This reporting system involves placing Bell s
service calls via Envoy Network System, which reduced response time by 55%. The process was so successful that Bell
Quebec implemented the same system. As a secondary outcome I located, with Bell, 109 printers and placed them on
contract through Administration. These printers generate approximately $100, 000. 00 of revenue billed each year. I
was honored with an Award of Excellence.
