Collect rents and record them on the rent roll. Make up deposits and record them into Propertyware. Make up security deposit forms. Collect security deposits and make up deposits and record them in ledgers. Make out security deposit checks to tenants and to management. Type new leases for new tenants. Record tenants into Propertyware, tenant list and ledgers. Record new management agreements into Propertyware, owners list and ledgers. Make payments on utility bills, maintenance bills and make copies for our files. File the originals to the appropriate owner file for end of month closeout.
