finance management, business system technologies, sales/sales support and quality management
have enabled me to consistently create results that yield high customer, employee and shareholder

Career Highlights
Operations Management
Region Operations Manager for one of the nation`s leading document management companies. In my
role I managed four production facilities serving a territory of 14 states. My key contribution to the
company was the creation of their Subject Matter Expert Cost Centers allowing the company to retain
its revenue within the company and eliminate outsourcing work the company had ability and resources
to perform.
Served in the capacity of Operations Manager for Asset Acceptance`s first vendor relationship
responsible for key support to their Legal Operations group; recruited by Pitney Bowes specifically to
support this relationship due to my diverse background and the untraditional nature of the Pitney Bowes
contract.
Program Management
Program Manager for General Motors Acceptance Corporations` Automated Document Factory. In this
role, I was responsible for the continual process improvement and strategic planning of the architecture
of the operation. I created in this role Pitney Bowes` first dedicated and revenue generating
programming support and project management team within the Management Services group. A model
now replicated within the company.
Information Systems, Services & Technology
Information Systems Manager overseeing the scoping and development of a ground up development
for a new concept in the document industry called an Automated Document Factory. I developed the
scalable and redundant architecture to adapt to future advances in technology and the intense
demands that a high capacity print and mail facility places on information systems and technology. The
ADF remains functioning today after 11 years of operation with 0% downtime due to systems.

Information Management Administrator for mid-sized insurance defense firm, serving as one of three
firm managers reporting directly to the senior partners, responsible for the successful operations of the
firm. In this position I was accountable for all firm operational activities excepting human resource and
finance; inclusive of facility management, information technology, and workflow development.
I oversaw the direct development and deployment of a counterintelligence technology support package
issued to agents in the field. After proving itself globally, Congress adopted the package into the All
Source Analysis Systems budget and is in use today by US Army and Marine counterintelligence
assets.
Sales and Marketing
Director for an information technology services provider of software solutions and human capital needs
to leading businesses across the globe. Developed strategic corporate alliances, new business
programs and strategic sales; securing key client opportunities for the company with clients such as
TAC Automotive, Bdoc, and DOC1.
Solutions Developer for Pitney Bowes` General Motors Enterprise program; responsible for the
development of document management and technology solutions for the enterprise in direct support to
the National Sales Executive from initiation to implementation.
Counterintelligence (CI) Operations
In response to a need I identified; I organized the creation of a unique analytical unit in the European
Theater of Operation dedicated to bridging the gap between assets on the ground and government
agencies back in the United States. The Army adopted roles I created for the operational element
creating a new Military Occupational Specialty called the Multi-Discipline Counterintelligence Analyst.
In recognition for my contribution to the redesign of the United States Army`s Counterintelligence
Operations methodology, the Secretary of Defense awarded me with the Certificate of Achievement in
Counterintelligence Excellence in the category of Special Operations
Not-For-Profit
Over a 5 year period I served as a Director, Treasurer and President of the Farmington Area
Republican Club; recruiting, organizing, motivating and raising funds from community members whose
ideals aligned with the club. During my tenure as President the Oakland County Republican Party
hailed our club to be the model for other clubs to emulate.
As a member of the Boy Scouts of America I served in a senior leadership role overseeing the
operations and finances of an area inclusive of 13 states, serving on the National Committee with the
Boy Scout`s honor organization and earning the Eagle Scout Award and Vigil Honor.
