Performed thousands of technical field estimates / inspections for; the U.S. Government, as a FEMA Contract Inspection Senior Member / Team Leader. Inspections included the evaluations, assessments and detailed condition reporting of all the applicable disciplines in construction, such inspections included the evaluation and assessment of existing site conditions, infrastructure issues, special systems, demolition, damage mitigation and debris removal.
