Responsible for resolving claims that are reported for HomeOwners, Auto, and Business

Policies. In order to resolve claims phone calls must be made to all parties involved, recorded statements must

be taken, the insurance policy must be reviewed for coverage, estimates and photos must be reviewed for

accuracy; a liability decision must be made based on the information gathered; formal letters must be sent to

indicate decision and/or information needed; checks must be made to close the file.

Marketing Representative:

Responsible for setting up, testing, and analyzing ghost lines for clients. Test lines

are phone numbers that seamlessly ring to the permanent phone number of the client. They are used to test the

success of marketing media. The process

requires

that a form is completed by both the client and Marquette

Group to agree on a fee, media, number of ghost lines, type of website for reporting, type of reports required for

analyzing. The tests can last anywhere from 1 month to 6 months.
